Every Black child deserves to see themselves represented, celebrated, and uplifted in everything they wear. Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Why I Started

Representation matters. As a Black woman I know how important it is for children to embrace their identity with pride. Melanin Sprout was created to give kids apparel that reflects their strength, beauty, and limitless potential. Each design is more than just a t-shirt or hoodie—it’s a statement, an affirmation, and a reminder of the greatness within.
